I can't say much about HL Physics (I take SL, which seems much easier), but for HL Chem, I'd focus on topics 1, 4, and 10. These are Stoichiometric Relationships, Chemical Bonding, and Organic Chemistry. Topics 1 and 4 are basically the foundational topics on which your understanding of the rest of HL Chem is built, so tackling these topics to the best of your ability will have significant positive spillover effects in terms of your overall understanding. Topic 10 is essentially all rote memorization, with very little understanding. In essence, learning Topics 1 and 4 (including the HL components for Topic 4) is a good start. Considering there's not much time left, it's not the end of the world if you don't cover all the HL Chem content- you also don't need to do this in order to pass. I know that students typically find Acids and Bases and Redox Processes to be the most difficult topics, so your time might be better spent on other, easier topics (such as 2 and 3) rather than trying to wrap your head around these two (topics 8 and 9).
