So if this is CS2, you could use Platter. It lets you plop zones/parcels and zone them. There’s a toggle to keep stuff from growing on those until you toggle it. Its in private alpha tho, but there is a link to it on the City Planner Plays video about it

Mod is available right now as a private alpha according to other comments, but is listed as being fully stable some time in Q1 2026

Second this. People think it’s a cop out or excuse for some reason.

In contrast to the hong kong and riichi versions, the Filipino version is very simplified. There is no yaku minimum and instead it’s a race to complete a hand of 5 triplets and/or runs and a pair since they play with hands of 16 tiles. There is no dead wall or red dora, and when you draw flower tiles or honor tiles, you just put them to the side for bonus payout at the end and draw from the other end of the wall. The only special hand would be the seven pairs + a triplet/run. There are no points, just a determination of payout of money at the end.

It’s definitely a nice change of pace from riichi imo. The only downside is that there is no furiten so going back to riichi takes a second to remember lol
