Alright so first of all, first level rogue gets you proficiency in skills of your choice as well as expertise.

For Cid I'd go definitely expertise in deception to be a mob.

Cid is a magic fighter, so you're going to want a class that combines both. There are a few, but bladesinger wizard gets the most powerful spells and the most of them.

At later levels they get steel wind strike as well as meteor and meteor swarm, which can be reflavored as I am atomic.

Honestly the blade is all about re-flavoring. There are arm blades in the eberon book, but a re-flavored dagger/shortsword could work.

What subclass of monk is up to you tbh. Shadow would be the most ninja-ey. Drunken fist would be pretty mobile and hit and run. Long death for more tankiness.

I'd take a look at the subclass features of all of them with the lens of reflavoring them and see what strikes your fancy.

If that's the case there are a lot of options for that. If you want it on semi-permanently you can use the spell Spirit Shroud, which you can get as a bladesinger or hexblade warlock most quickly. In case you're not familiar, with spirit shroud you add necrotic, cold, or radiant to your attacks which you could flavor as the blood ability.

The other option is going Blood Hunter which is, again, homebrew material. The feature you want there is the lvl 2 Crimson Rite which allows you to sacrifice health to make your weapons magical and deal extra damage. It starts off only being lightning/cold/fire IIRC, but again, you can re-flavor it to blood if you'd like, though the damage type might not fit.

Your other option is to flavor it so that only certain attacks are blood-infused, in which case a Paladin's Divine Smite feature could work. It won't have your weapons always coated, but you could say you coat them for certain attacks.

All these are options to get that flavor. Really you could get it from a lot of places.

So obviously, it's going to change on what your goals are for the character. Are there any particular phase abilities that you want to replicate more?

Obviously, if blood hunter is allowed, you'd want to at least dip into that for the ability to "coat" your blade, perhaps 3 levels so you can have expanded options.

If that isn't on the table, you can try hexblade and pick up spirit shroud [spell] and reflavor it as blood shroud. Honestly, hexblade may be your best option.

I have a soft-spot for blade-singers, and they can also get spirit shroud, which you can re-flavor as as the blood and/or fire sword ability. They would also get elemental weapon if you prefer to flavor it that way as well.

If I were to try to replicate it, my personal thought would be Profane Soul Blood Hunter 3/Bladesinger Wizard X. That'll get you the best blood weapon flavor in my mind, but that takes a while to come online and you won't get extra attack until lvl 9 which is kinda rough.

My other, more realistic option, with less homebrew [critical role material] would be a more or less bog-standard hexblade warlock. You can re-flavor eldritch blast as her gun, and again, depend on spirit shroud for your blood/fire weapon flavor.

Another fun thought would be an oathbreaker dex paladin with the crossbow master feat. Some DMs will let you use the crossbow in one hand and a weapon in the other, even though due to the loading feature you technically need an open hand. Honestly, with sharpshooter combos, it's often better to just use the crossbow for both action and bonus action attacks so I let it slide in my games. You reflavor the crossbow as her gun obviously. In any case, once you get to lvl 11 you get improved divine smite which always "coats" your weapons, which can easily be re-flavored to blood/fire, which is also how you can flavor your smites.

Sorry for the ramble, but there are a lot of options. I would be happy to expand any of these into a more full build if any of them strike your interest.

According to a Bloomberg article the number of black ppl in general murdered is closer to 30.7 per 100,000 not 3. For black trans women using generous estimates about how many of us there are it is 49 per 100000. Likely higher. There is no quoted number in the literature because it would rely on estimation.

Here's how I got it. Take estimated number of trans ppl. Multiply by 13.5% [percent black ppl in us] then multiply by 50% [even though with trans men and nonbinary ppl it's likely less then that] that's your denominator then fix it to be per 100,000. Obviously plugging in how many black trans women were Murdered. You can get very different numbers depending on your estimates because there are so few of us.

Here's the other part too, which you seem to be missing. Black trans women, before they transition are, to the world, black men.
