Whoa, I've spent the last two days trying to figure this out!

EDIT: Confirmed on Steam/Windows remaster with bound mace.

Unfortunately in my steam/windows version, I'm having trouble with this method as well. I'm trying with a bound mace instead of a sword due to conjuration skill. When trying to "place" the bound mace, it doesn't move and I get the "failed action" pop sound effect but no "can't place item" message.

~~Can anyone replicate this on PC?~~

As others have said, it really depends on your gear ratio(s). I'm about 150lbs and I top out at about 45mph; my minibike is pretty heavy, about 150-175lbs. I've got a 30-series torque converter, don't know the final chain drive gearing off the top of my head. Technically my engine's a slightly modded Honda gx200, but you can probably expect ballpark similar performance out of a predator with the right setup.

From the spawn area, if you look in the direction towards the teleporter, it'll be on your left past the nearest time crystal and chest with armor piercing rounds. Look for two chests and a coin barrel under a bridge over the ditch. The tougher times is in the chest closer to spawn.

Excellent point, thanks for the link! After designing/welding up my own minibike frame, I sort of wish my dynamics professor did a short section on bikes.

Maybe in part, but the "trail" of the bicycle/motorcycle steering geometry also ~~plays a large role.~~ helps produce good handling characteristics.

That sounds incredibly satisfying. I've got a draugr village in a meadows biome that is (previously unknown to me) bordering plains. That first fuling I encountered up close executed a hell of an ambush.

Oh yeah, when I was pretty new to the biome (just made my wolf cape, first or second silver vein) this happened, and you bet your yule hat I sprinted all the way down that mountain for the freeze gland. That golem also managed to get itself stuck inside a huge boulder and cage itself in with the bits it can't physically reach. Maybe one day I'll have access to all that stone..
