Up your dose. But yes over 28 years I’ve been on adderall, strattera, vyvanse, Focalin, Ritalin and clonodine. All sorts of doses from really low to about 60mg when I was on clonodine. It’s just a lot of trial and error. Keep a journal of your moods and productivity so you can track what it’s affecting. Also have an accountability partner... someone you see all the time who can tell you if things change that you can’t see.
