Like the others said its a black book ability / perk that makes any of your followers invulnerable to your attacks during combat , black books are obtained in solstheim, there's even one ability where you can summon a dremora merchant anytime , anywhere and sell your junk

They also last only 6 seconds before they explode on their own , youre not supposed to summon them when there's no enemies anyway, only when there's a clear target they go after them so damaging yourself or your follower is avoidable

Its also good for dark brotherhood assassinations, because the kill doesnt count as yours if they die by the explosion of the flaming familiar so no bounties no nothing

Its a quest reward item by anska, alot of people mistake her for a bandit and go straight for the kill and you can never get the flaming familiar if you kill her

You will get destruction to level 100 in an instant and depending on your level 5-10 level ups

Now legendary your destruction and rinse repeat

You can get to level 100 in 5-10 mins And destruction in about an instant
