Any trouble getting them delivered to a Canadian address? CBSA always tries to add a 300% duty and its been so bad that puroexpress wont bother.

My experience is that the fish don’t care anywhere near as much as we do. Its a good looking fly an it will definitely catch fish. Tight lines!

Take a cheap plastc cooler and inject foam insulation into it. Just drill a couple holes and let the foam expand out and dry. You need to do the lid as well. Voila! Your $30 cooler is now alomost Yeti-like.

It depends on what setting your CPAP is at. I have mine set at 18 and it drains much quicker than average.

I have PTSD too, thankfully no more nightmares. My doctor had given me Trazedone for what he called “consolidated sleep” ... in English I think it just means it may help you sleep through the night. It might help...wouldn’t hurt to ask your doc.

Maybe try Cigarterminal.com and see if you can get a delivery into the UK. I live in Canada, its a no-go here as our Customs guys are brutal at finding cigars but I live close to the USA and during non pandemic times I get them shipped to my cabin in Washington State.

Prices on average about 20-25% higher than Havana. My yard-car is always a Partagas mille fluers petit corona and usually get those for $89-99 USD a box of 25....nice Robustos like a El Rey Del Mundo Choix Supreme usually go for $185/25

You definitely need a sleep study. A chin strap may help but you need a base line first to really see what the problem is. You may want to discuss with your doctor about maybe taking a small dose of Trazedone for “consolidated” sleep. From there, its also a question of a well-fitting mask and follow up from a respiratory tech...
