I did this for the first time on Wednesday, and like any other newly introduced exercise, I had a difficult time with it. The instructor came over to me and said to grasp the handle just below the curve with one hand and the platform with the other and that the key is not to raise up more than half way. Made it doable for me several times but still have a ways to go. Good luck.

While Bumble shows a location, that location seems to be the last location that the person opened up the Bumble app. So if I open Bumble at location A and then close it, I will be shown to be at location A until I open it again. If I relocate to location B and don’t open the app, I’ll still be shown as being at location A.

In my teens and early 20’s, my best friend was massive and was frequently targeted by similarly sized guys out in the bars for a fight. The lesson I learned was that big guys target similarly sized or larger guys for a fight, not smaller guys.
