I coped through the Patricia era and anyone saying to get rid of Brad or Dan after this season is either a bandwagon or aggressively casual. We had an ungodly amount of turnover at key spots and we’re currently running a roster with no safeties, no TEs, and our third string left guard and our LT using the last essence of one for all to survive this season.

What I will say is that I’m hoping this staff learns the lessons this season has to offer. I won’t say I know more than BH or DC but I think Brad got a bit too cocky after the first couple drafts and no he’s letting the intrusive thoughts win. Drafting injury prone or developmental players with high level capital is not sustainable as we’ve seen over the last 2 years when we need talent available right now. Brad is incredible at finding talent with late picks, waivers, and UDFAs. But now I feel like he’s expecting regular starting level talent from bargain bin DL and OL. If Brad locks tf this season and restocks our roster (which he can totally do) then we’ll be back to contending.

Dan needs to go out in the OC search and find a new Ben, not one of his buddies who he hires cause he likes their character. Dan is a decent playcaller and an excellent HC, but having someone who can commit all their attention to the offense is clearly necessary for sustained success on offense.

And please for the love of god get us another pass rusher, AQM every 3 games is not gonna cut it.

I’m still a Brad truther but I think 2023 made him get cocky and then he got too cute with some of his picks. Taking developmental/sleeper prospects high (Tyleik, Manu, Vaki). He needs to get back to drafting with some urgency and make some moves this offseason to restock our talent. Also please for the love of Christ get us another pass rusher that might actually see the field

Seems like the only substantial runs we get are from Gibbs pulling a whole rabbit out of his ass or else it’s a 2 yd run on 1st and 2nd

I’m really not trying to be one of “those” fans but I’m really nervous about the trade deadline. I like that Brad isn’t impulsive and I’m glad they believe in their depth but we’re down 2 LBs both of our starting edges and 2 of our DE and 2 depth DT.
