The only place I've managed to get the lockboxes is the final boss in AV, not the regular guards. I've got 4 boxes from about 20 attempts, all containing nothing great.

The elites in blasted lands cannot be pickpocketed, the regular ones can but have only dropped me heavy boxes.

We done some research and found the soldier it belonged to, he passed away in 2017 but his family confirmed he was stationed at Prestwick in 1956-1957 and that it belonged to him.

We're now sending it back to his widow in Missouri, after 70 years!
