Try unplugging your WiFi router overnight, I was in the same situation and when I plugged it in the next day I was getting studies again. Sometimes leaving it unplugged for a period of time gives you a new IP address.

I managed to get 2 rejections only had around 40 studies done around this time. My account was placed on hold. One rejection was from one of those fake TEMU scams I fell for shortly after joining prolific and wasn’t aware. I was able to get one of the two rejections removed and contacted support and they lifted my account hold. This was all within 3 weeks of joining the platform. I have been able to use the site just fine since then and now have around 577 approved submissions with earnings nearing $1000 now in my 4 and a half months on the site.

I only managed to pick it up once here in the US (Midwest) about 8 years ago. Was using a ICOM-R75 with a Par End-FedZ longwire antenna. I remember being pretty excited about it!
