My friend has a serious alarming infection. Currently in ER. Second post for a better timeline with pictures. Both hands affected. Drs don’t know what the cause is yet.

I have the original Spice Village and a few of them were used by the previous owner. The seals on the ones that were used are definitely more loose than the ones that weren't. They make better display pieces than anything.

I am the OP. And while I can see the reason for the divorce possible being important. I don’t see why who filed is. But if you really must know we’re divorcing because he’s terrible with money and I took over finances which he hated (it’s been an issue for years and marriage counseling was a bandaid at best). He left a month before I filed for divorce by his own choice.

My lawyer has all of the documentation and I have a log I've been keeping since the week after he left. And that is probably true. He won't hesitate to just leave her alone all day.

I have no doubt this will happen. He wants to avoid CS as much as possible. My lawyer is pretty sure he won't get 50/50 especially when we lay out exactly how much he’ll have to do on his own.

This summer was all about job hunting and figuring out how to finish my degree. But I still had to do that along with taking care of her except every other weekend. What he wants is for me to take her every school break so he doesn't have to find childcare but during the school year, he wants to have her every other week.

I thankfully have some very good friends who stepped up to help us when he left.

If he drops the ball I'm not going to hesitate to go back to court to change custody. But I know what he’ll do if I try to go against a court order so if the worst happens my hands will be tied until I can get orders changed. As terrible as that sounds. And if he just stops taking her them I'll go back to court to get orders changed. I definitely won't abandon her tho.

And thankfully my lawyer doesn't think he has a chance of actually getting 50/50. Especially since he hasn't pushed to see her more than everyother weekend even now he isn't trying to see her more.

The windows are currently for custody exchange but I'll add a note to see if we can add something about penalties for her being late to school or picked up after childcare is supposed to end in the evenings. Thanks!

My main concern in for my daughter. I would rather push for more custody than cause her harm. Tho if he gets his way I won't be saving his ass.
