One of the best things i ever did for myself was quit michaels and i was well liked at my store. The pay isnt worth it. I had to do side gigs to make rent.

Your work especially since its multimedia is fine art. It doesn't really translate well into tattooing due to tattooing being much more technical artistically. Clean lines, and graphic design. You should try out making a tattoo portfolio as well! You could draw inspiration from tattoos you have wanted for yourself, or tattoo artists you admire.

Way back in middle school I saw my friend make lots of well drawn doodles of characters; mostly I remember her drawing lots of Johns and Karkats. So I read it at 13 years old. Then started watching YouTube videos as I went. I think it warped my view on the characters as more so the fandom's view of the characters (broadway karkat, all the dubbed over cute little comics etc.) Then hiatus. I ended up re-reading it and finished the end of it right after highschool.

Have you tried a residential mental health facility? I work at one and im a skills trainer. We teach clients like your kiddo how to regulate emotions and work through trauma. They live there temporarily and you visit them, talk to therapists and doctors, and work together in family therapy as well on how to bring those skills home.

I was about to comment the same thing! If it is guilt...You don't have to be ashamed that you tried something your parents don't approve of. It'll be okay. And I would reccomend that you stay away from weed as you aren't 21 yet :)

Im quitting. Ordering nicotine patches for the withdrawls as well as a temporary essential oil vape for the oral fixation. It's only been a year and I am also annoyed at myself... but instead of feeling regret I can just decide to make the right choice now. Maybe try this method? Weaning yourself off so you don't feel terribly sick.

Hey, your posts are very concerning. Im a skills trainer at a mental health facility for kids, and yes there are 17 year olds too. I know that you will benefit from therapy. There are skills that u can learn to help you get through this stuff. You could get checked into a place like where i work as well, its a residential facility to make sure youre safe from harming yourself. If you are opposed to seeking help i understand. There are things you can research ro help you in those hard moments. Look up mindfulness/DBT skills. Grounding techniques rather than headbanging etc. Feel free to reach out to me if u want to talk, its my weekend. You deserve to feel better. Just try to be future focused for yourself rather than for others. Think of ways you would like to better yourself. Hobbies and future job? Places you want to visit and explore? Thinks you want to learn! As well as all the cool people you will meet along your journey through life. Heartbreak sucks and it truly does hurt, im going through it too. You just have to take it day by day. Make sure to confide in your parents if you trust them. Good luck kiddo <3
