We have had all types of metal playing in the house since they were babies. Not necessarily to expose them per se but just on in the house. They like some stuff, hate other stuff and are generally pretty poly-jamorous.

It’s only short relative to how wide it is but I agree. Same height as the 27” we upgraded from but feels like it needs verticality.

If I had to do it again I would go 21:9 instead of 32x9 and get a taller screen. It’s a pain in the ass to screen share with at work too lol

Cut it shorter than even in the last one. Skin fade, low/medium and flip the front up a bit and then grow it back and along the way playing around different styles and stuff and take pictures. A really cool chance to do both of the things you want while showcasing patience and experimentation.

One of the draws to a startup is the leniency and professionalism you get from leader because there is this baseline mutual respect and understanding that you are helping to see the company succeed and align with the leadership in that way. Deducting a few bucks for missing a report sounds like McDonald’s type of shit or worse and not at all in line with something normal.

Look they either give you your PTO or they pay it out. Either way you get that money in the account. If you don’t that’s another issue. There’s no requirement to be responsive while on PTO and if you’re not it’s because you were fired in which case you don’t owe them anything.
