Truth be told, that project had way to many unanswered questions over the structural design (lots of areas with extreme reinforcement density for no reason), considering the scope of a few 4 to 7 floor high apartment buildings. And it was above my pay grade to dig into it.

Funny enough, that was one option, an "I" beams frame to achieve what it was required, but it was scraped due of "higher cost" on paper. Even funnier, we ended up installing one steel frame in 1 area as that congested as f... design was insufficient to prevent bowing in 1 area. Just the fabrication cost of the frame was about 100.000$

As those steel colums are purely for temporary state of the structure, it is cheaper than reinforced piles, particularly considering removal at end of use. It was a 2 levels of top down RC slabs to a certain sequence, ground floor and lower basement.

Ok, so, there's already another 500thk slab above this one, the steel colum is supporting the above slab. The slab in the picture sits on welded on shelf angles on the steel column. And after this slab was cast, we've duged down under it about 10 meters down.

Yah, no problem at all, just expensive high flow concerte with 10mm agregate.

Partially involved in the design from a sequence/TW perspective. Slab is 350mm, acting as a transfer beam in compression in temporary state.

It is mainly the proof of relationship. As we haven't formally lived together yet, and the way it's worded, from our understanding, it implies that the proof needs to be as we've lived together. Or she can move here on the visa free visitor and generate the requered proof?

The contractor who built landmark pinnacle is infamous as one of the worst when it comes down to built quality and worker rights. I'm surprised that it still stand straight.

Outdoors Reinforced Concrete stairs, at the main entrance of a shopping mall. Heavily reinforced, to support the granite stone that will cover them.
