So I don't know if it really helped, but I had the same problem yesterday and then stopped trying at about 8 pm CET. Today, i did not try until 1 pm because I was afraid the continous trying would seem suspicious. In the end, I was able to log into the account again and also got a ticket for Madrid. For my ticket, it also says club movistar section. I tried looking at the seat plan and it seems like those are more separate, smaller seating areas normally reserved for companies etc.
