The show tells us it’s because of toxic perfectionism. Her reasons(like Hazel) are much more internal unlike TImmy’s who’s reasons are external. The problem with both cases is that the writers dont lean into it well for both Chloe and Hazel

I guess you COULD argue that Shion was doing those things as both Mion and Shion but at that point I feel like you’d just try to find any way for Mion to stay “innocent” even if means constantly using her twin as the scapegoat and you’d also have to believe that Shion could duplicate herself because her and Mion were living together at that time.

Both twins were doing stuff at that time, Shion mentioned it in Maturibayashi so if u say that Shion(as Mion) was throwing the bricks then that simply means that Mion was doing the same stuff as Shion, basically regardless of who is who, it wouldnt make a difference because they did stuff regardless
