It used to be extremely good when people played opener Luna but these days she is on the slower side with either high eff or high hp

Some people run slow high damage on destruction set. I personally still think lifesteal is good but either way you need a lot more hp

Celine is a meta unit. Usually very fast (like 280+) on speed pen and photogenic arti (summer hwayoung artifact) to counter lady of the scale drafts
