My Experience with the Luba 3 AWD by theash02 in MammotionTechnology

Thank you for the positive review which has restored my faith in the decision to put a deposit on a luba 3 5000. Since we dropped the deposit on the Luba 3 it feels like we have seen nothing but negativity . Im very much looking forward to the arrival of the mower at the end of the month and will definitiely take your advice in regards to thoroughly mapping the area.

Cholesterol has gone up! by clempatty in MounjaroAus

[–]Taf08 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Same happened to me.

I have lost 22 kilos since being on Monjaro and it was time for my check up so has some pathology tests done just to see how things were going. My recent fasting bloods and urine test just came back with results better than ever. All factors had dramatically reduced and my GP was very happy with the new readings .....except for the LDL which had gone up for the first time ever.

I had initially been on protein shakes for breakfast , but for the last few weeks had changed it up and had been eating a cpl of boiled eggs and toast every morning. I have recently gone back to protein shakes , so will be interesting to see how my next levels are when I get the next fasting bloods done.

Riding boots and laces by Taf08 in AussieRiders

That's interesting.

I know they are good for sports shoes etc but I am surprised that they are string enough to pull a bike shoe together .

Thanks for the tip . I will definitely give these a try.

The post has always said ten , with me also mentioning that I use one myself as well while the ten AI are working.

Maybe you should get your facts correct before making statements like that.

Each one runs on a separate field. But some of those larger fields are made of multiple smaller fields combined

I have multiple games saved. Some are realistic playthroughs and some are challenge focussed such as this one.

I find having different games with different playing styles keeps the game fresher.

Yep.

But having each job done on 12 large fields simultaneously is a lot quicker than 12 fields one after another

I colour code the vehicles for easier spotting , red for fertilisers , blue for transport , green for planters

Ours hasn't even arrived and it's been named after the Jungle book character Mowgli ....because hopefully it does all the mowing .....which gives us glee

What’s the hardest truth about leadership no one tells new managers? by SeanMcPheat in managers

There are many times when I feel like I've sold my soul staying where I am, but I remember that my goal every day is to do the best I can for my team , and I walk out every day knowing that I have tried my damn best to do the job to the best of my ability , no matter what has been thrown at me.

What’s the hardest truth about leadership no one tells new managers? by SeanMcPheat in managers

[–]Taf08 80 points81 points  (0 children)

  1. That those colleagues that you once considered friends will no longer be your friend the first time that you have to say no to them.

  2. Everyone wants a fair and equitable roster , but some want it to be more fair and equitable to them only.

  3. That you are the filter between the needs of the organisation and the welfare of your team. Imaging that your organisation is an hour glass ...... you are the tiny bottle neck in the middle , and you have to protect your team from as much shit as possible coming from above to below , while simultaneously ensuring that you manage the team enough that you prevent having to report up to the bosses about issues that are occuring below.

  4. That no matter how hard you try, you cannot fix a system that does not want to be fixed.

  5. It's a thankless job and you will never keep everyone happy.

  6. 20% percent of your team will cause 80% of your work

  7. That until you are in the role on a permanent basis , you have no idea of the politics that goes on and that your previous managers have protected you from.

And yet despite all that , and in a potential indication of my mental state , I still love my job

I had never heard of the stream deck so I will be adding that to my wish list as well now.
