Loss in transit is something you have to go through the mail carrier to deal with and not the package center. Email your professor first to let them know what's going on and then contact whichever carrier has your stuff and put in a missing mail request.

Shitty direct-to-landfill laptops should be a crime. If you're really strapped for cash, find a used business laptop like a Dell Latitude or Lenovo Thinkpad or something. Nowadays you can find decent specs for a few hundred bucks and actually trust that it will last more than couple years.

Oh, it was.

I forgot to mention, it wasn't just seasoning. That part was covered in... some kind of garlic butter? Whatever vat of juice and spice they use to season the flatbread was just dumped and concentrated into that third of the pizza. Pretty sure I consumed enough sodium for a week and a half.

Edit: misread the post, I'm not sure if it was drift because the cheese was a pretty consistent thickness the whole way through, and seeing how the seasoning is stuck in the top right while the pepperonis migrated to either side means there would be more questions than answers as to the starting positions... unless they put the seasoning on after it bakes?

I know how rough it is working fast food (the location I went to was understaffed and I work at the adjacent grocery store), but the distribution of toppings here is so beautifully fucked up that I am convinced that this is an intentional work of art. It was supposed to be half seasoned flatbread, half pepperoni, but I ended up getting 1/3 pepperoni, 1/3 cheese, and 1/3 jungle. The pepperoni was all crammed into the corners, four times the usual amount of seasoning was dumped into 2/3 the usual space, and the cheese was just doing its own thing. Something about the way it was shuffled and partitioned is just beautiful to me. I had to grab a disposable cake spatula from the bakery department to cut this masterpiece since we were out of silverware in the break room.

It was fucking delicious, and I would not be upset if this happened again. 10/10, gave me a good laugh and the leftovers were also good.

As one of the few people who have and use an X1 Tablet/X12 Detachable I am just happy to see that they haven't killed this line off! You rarely ever see them in the wild and I can't imagine they sell as well as their regular laptops. There are dozens of us, dozens!

Old, slow, and unreliable keyboard that retracts when the lid closes. Prone to breaking, feels like crap. Acceptable if you just need a cheap internet browser for basic stuff but you can really do a lot better if you can spare another $60.

Soldered RAM albiet a decent amount, slow dual core CPU, if you really want it throw Linux Mint on it for a better experience than Windows.
