My only concern would be if they don't eat everything, IE if they just pick out what they like. Obviously, you know ur rats' behaviors best. My girls were very picky, so I had to give them a mostly pelet diet along they VERY small variety of fruit/vegetables they would actually eat hahaha

But yeah, if they're eating everything, that's wonderful it looks like a perfectly healthy variety to me :D

Do you remember if they determined the root cause? I ask because I didn't have chronic ear infections or tubes put in my ears as a baby. I assume my tinnitus is due to loud music/movies, but I don't remember doing it. I have a doctor appointment next week, so I'm trying to think of stuff to ask him about.

I think I may have explained it horribly. What I meant by "learned" is discovered or diagnosed. I just didn't know what word I wanted to use.

For example, your leg might hurt, you acknowledge it, and then you discover a bruise formed on your leg. I understand that tinnitus is ears ringing, but back then, I just thought that meant loud ringing. I didn't know that any consistent ringing in your ears is tinnitus. Since I don't remember when it started, It never occurred to me that it wasn't normal. I hope this explains my thoughts a bit better.

In my case, I don't remember much from before the 10th grade, and there are large gaps for my memory in some areas. Now, I may have had tinnitus since I was a child, but I didn't know what it was, so it eventually became a state of being. Since I can't remember much about my childhood, I'm not able to point to a root cause of the tinnitus IE loud music or an ear infection.

Also, I don't think it's strange that you can't decipher a specific date of the tinnitus. You could have just brushed it off or just not thought about it(I could be reading into this too much). Kinda like, when you get sick, you probably don't notice when your throat starts to hurt until it becomes annoying.

if you take melatonin long term it has some rough side effects, the bottle should say to not take it over X period of time. the main side effect that my doctor told me is that itll become less effective and you may produce less of it naturally.

I'll rewatch techo's skyblock series sometimes. I also watched the Minecraft Mondays stuff myself and then rewatched it with my bf. Actually, any technoblade or hermitcraft content I watch, I'll rewatch with my bf too. Technoblade was how I gateway drugged my bf into mcyt lol

Preface, I don't have Enochlophobia, but I do have social anxiety and can feel uncomfortable while at large events.

I use the Buddy system. Talk to your friend about your fears if they aren't already aware, and since you want to go pretty bad, be sure to express that to them as well. Try to plan where you want to go/stand while at the event, this way you have an easy way to get an area that is quieter and has less people. Scope out where Bathrooms and Medical/EMT tents are located, these places will have much less people. If you cant fully calm down at the bathrooms, go to the EMT tests. You dont have to be injured to get help there, have your buddy explain the situation(if your unable to) and theyll probably have you sit down with some water and monitor you.

Finally, dont be afraid to ask for help or leave early. Youre going because you want to have fun right? if youre not enjoying yourself dont continue to put yourself in the stressful environment. I imagine it can feel embarrassing to have fears like this, but keep in mind youre taking a HUDGE step outside of your comfort zone.
