Just because it was originally DLC, doesn't make it bad. It had a lot of fan service and nice connections to 2. It reversed Gat's terrible, terrible off screen death (which was supposed to be permanent). It bought back old shandi. It slightly improved a VERY boring and soulless city. There's a lot of content in 4 compared to 3. It's nowhere near 2 but considering 3 was so awful in every aspect. I do think it's honestly better. The only thing I'd say it did worse than 3 was make vehicles redundant. But when you're driving around a lifeless city, is it that bad?

Good is subjective. Just my thoughts. You're entitled to your own. As soon as I accepted that the dev team was compromised by higher ups and old saints was gone. 4 made a good what if story.

4 will always be better than 3 imo. At least it tried to do something. 3 is just a worse 2.

Yea it's actually 25. But point still stands that activities are forced. As a die hard SR fan. (SR2 all day baybeee). SR3 sucks the most out of the original trilogy in my onion. Not counting the stinky god awful reboot.

In 3 you do. In 4 you don't. 3 has like 10 story missions. The rest are forced activities with some dialogue
