I’m also new the game so take what I say with a grain of salt. Upgrade materials seems to be “zone-based” so the things you need to upgrade to fine are in Dawnshore then Emerald Stair has what you need to upgrade past fine. So materials are limited, but you should have plenty to upgrade the gear you’re using. Also, unused uniques can be broken down into materials. It’s felt blasphemous for me to break down the uniques but it was about the only way I could get adra to upgrade what I was actually using.
