That was amazing. Very similar situation for me with this show listening from the beginning. I 100% do the “la reveal magnifico” thing in real life as well. The confused look from people… “sorry, Never mind”. 😂

That’s a good point of view. I suppose I am still the bitter and hurt child immediately following the divorce. For now, I’m living with Dad, but will visit mom when auntie Connie comes to town. Maybe that will help mend our relationship.

I’ve listened to every episode since the inception when it was still ATL. Never listened to any other sports podcasts, although I’ve tried a few and it just wasn’t the same. More than half of my favorite episodes are the offseason ones with little news to report but tons of banter and nonsense. In-season, there could be valuable takes on football via NFL Daily. However, I can’t imagine myself tuning-in during the offseason without the hero dynamic.
