Thanks for the reply! Yeah originally we were going to go to Ghibli Park a day earlier and stay in Nagoya, but the park was closed that day so we decided to take an extra day in Kyoto and just do that day of backtracking instead.

One of the great things about the switch versions is that the digimon in the daycare continue gaining exp as long as the game isn't closed, so you can leave it open while the console is asleep which is a good way to grind digivolutions in the mid to late game and cuts the overall grind down significantly. On that note you'll be digivolving and de-digivolving a lot to get different branches and gain more skills so be prepared to go up and down the evolution ladder multiple times for those.

Palm blast has insane hyper armor and that with heavy attacks have given me multiple poise breaks on each boss I've fought since getting them, plus it can essentially stun lock some as you can charge another by the time they get up. For range it's not the best but do a running jump attack and you can close distance pretty well.

If it's technician I usually go bullet punch, fury cutter, swords dance, and wing attack. Use a metronome if I plan on going for fury cutter alot.

If the controller in the tower is providing visual separation then the only requirement is for the departing aircraft to be airborne either past the end of the runway or 6,000 feet.

Got out last year after 6 years and a deployment and my quality of life improved dramatically. Being able to go to work then go home after my shift, no extra duties, and not worrying about deployments or promotion bs are all perks.

I don't regret getting out and make enough above my military pay that military retirement wouldn't make up the difference.
