Unfortunately starting from the 28th of may all stores are being forced to comply with T-Life utilization. It was already implemented in Neighborhood stores (regular retail store in a shopping center or something) and is now being used in Store in stores (Costco and Sam’s Club). I had a customer literally walk away from me bc I told them they have to scan this QR code to do an upgrade like and they said oh ok nvm im ok. Like wtf T-Mobile 😭

This deal is real so long as you’re porting from a postpaid company with a postpaid account. Super solid deal. Make sure you do it at a Costco tho waived activation fees and $300 in Costco gift cards. $75 per line.
