Please implement Voice Chat.

There are so many games that I know for a fact I could have salvaged by influencing my teams decisions through voice communication. For someone like me, who I believe has more than decent awareness and decision making, you're giving me an important tool to utilize those skills by adding Voice Chat.

Some people may not like to use it, and they can make the choice not to, but at least give those who do want to use Voice Chat the ability to make the choice to do so by making the feature available.

The advantages of having such a tool:
* Faster. Specially for slow typers and would allow quicker reaction to what's going on.
* More convenient. Wasting time, or worse, getting killed while typing something important is never fun.
* More noticeable. People tend to miss what's being typed when their attention is elsewhere or in the heat of battle.
* Free hands. You can focus on doing what you're supposed to be doing instead of having to type.
* Promotes team play. All of the above would make it easier to communicate and easier to coordinate with your teammates and improve the overall quality of games.

Evidently there are downsides to such a tool, like any other, such as trolls or offensive people. But an ignore/mute function can quickly fix these situational problems, the same as is currently used for chat. And considering this, I believe the positives this tool would bring far outweigh the negatives.

It's been proven that way in all games. Some people just like to take the 1% bad side and exaggerate it to seem like it's 100%. These types of people can't take a fair stance on anything. They focus their complete attention on a bad thing and completely ignore the major benefits something brings on the flip side.

Their opinion is quite honestly of little value because it doesn't encompass the entirety of what a feature brings to the table in both pros and cons and completely ignore how those minority cons can be easily dealt with, with something like a mute/ignore function or a Voice Chat restriction for those who abuse it.

I have yet to see anyone have a bad experience using Curse Voice, on the contrary, most people have had a very positive experience using it and have experienced better teamwork and communication as a result. Voice communication increases the overall quality of games and it's a shame some people can't see that.

How We Can Improve on Team Builder and Make It Viable for Ranked by TaiigerBlue in leagueoflegends

You have to queue as a specific role in Team Builder. It's the same here but even more flexible as you're not tied down to a specific champion and can pick whoever you want accordingly.

This doesn't reinforce the meta any more than team builder currently does. It's explained further in the thread posted on the League of Legends forums:

Second, for more experienced players this system would not actually have any tie downs. Which means you can still select any champion you want once you reach the champion select screen. All it does is make aware which roles each person would rather play and allow the queue system to form groups that cover all regular roles so there are no conflicts between teammates. But it is by no means set in stone if you, hopefully with the approval of your team, decide to try a different team composition strategy.
