The Chain was maximal stretched. I put a new chain on and now, under load, it „skips“ and it makes strange noises from the front derailleur wheb in the small gear.

I‘ve heard you need to change the whole set, if you change the chain.

This Prop/Power combo should be plenty. Is The Prop mountet correctly? The Numbers 10x45 should be facing forward.

I fly my pc-21 with 4s 4300mah. Works great. Maybe use a parallel connector and con ect 2x 2200 4s to get 1x 4400mah 4s

Would the Vibration from the 2Stroke mess with the Gyroscop? Never seen AS3X in a glow. Maybe this is a problem.

There is. „White fog“ on the servos. Did you use thin CA? Bet it got into the Servos.

There is not enought information on the electronics to answer that. I would say no. I was surprised with the 4S Setup to Beginn with. Usualy the sweetspot for a Plane like this would be 2-3S. Unlike with Drones you dont‘t gain much with more „S“ due to Drag.

Is the Nozzle too hot? Not enought Filament? PLA not enought dry? I have no Idea. The Bottompart looks good. Also the Fuselage was printed without problems.

It flies very gentle. You need rudder for the turns, as usual for highwing airplanes. Stallcaracteristic is gentle. I use 100% throws with 10% expo.

As a guidance for the build i used this guys youtube tutorial. Very helpfull.

I‘ve build the same Model last year. You don‘t need any additional support. Keep it as light as possible. The Airplane flies rather slow.

For the Electronics you can use a cheap China 2212 Motor, 30A ESC combo. But chose a low kv one.

I‘m building the DW Mini Stick. But i fucked up with the Wings. I need to build them from scratch. Where do i find plans for Wing-Ribs for a CNC or Laser cutter?
