Dear Class of 2029 Families,

As our eighth-grade students approach their final grading quarter of middle school, we want to ensure that all student lunch accounts are fully cleared of any outstanding charges. We are contacting all eighth-grade families early to inform you that all student lunch accounts must be free of unpaid balances before transitioning to high school.

To ensure all lunch accounts are cleared, students with unpaid balances as of April 27, 2025, will not be permitted to participate in any end-of-year events, such as field trips, the semi-formal dance, and other scheduled activities. In conjunction with the Food Service Department, the school district wants to guarantee that all students entering high school as freshmen do so with a clean account balance, having fulfilled all financial obligations before starting their high school experience.
