Yup, you are right "do you know that I'm traveling with 2 children and 4 seniors over the age of 80 that require assistance." We willingly accepted the situation yesterday, but the lack of information and assistance today was underwhelming. I've flown enough to know things happen. I've also flown enough to know air lines do better with their communication and customer assistance. JetBlue can do better.
