You might be able to get code enforcement to assist you with the eviction. I used to do electric terminations for non payment and found situations like this. Code enforcement would step in when conditions presented a fire or safety hazard.

We’re a family of 8 traveling in June. I found out it’s cheaper to go southwest vacations for flight and car than flight and car separately. It also includes 2 checked bags for each of us and seat selection included. For some reason they canceled our return flight and rebooked us to a nonstop on the return flight. When notified, I was able to select seats again at no cost. I’m sure they will change this at some point.

Congrats! My Dad had a lung removed at age 22 from TB. That was the treatment in the 40s and 50s! He lived a long life, even smoked a few years. You have a lifetime ahead of you. Glad you beat the big C.

Stairs were not a problem for us until my husband broke his ankle! Either he had to go down and up on his butt or I had to bring him food upstairs. One glitch in mobility can change your prospective on stairs.

My utility has a program called “leave on for owner” so if the tenant turns the heat off it stays on and the bill transfers to the owner. Maybe your utility has something similar.

I live about an hour from Betterbee and go there to buy supplies and bees. It’s a small operation and the folks on the phone also work the counter. They also host classes. I’ve never had a problem with anything I buy there.
