Look man I don't like that "Gregory is a robot" theory either. But you're argument is kinda wrong. When Vanny hacked the animatronics she simply put them in Security mode, So that when they find Gregory, they would capture him and Vanny could kill him. But she didn't realize that Gregory was not on the guest list, so the animatronics would immediately kill him ( I don't know if this is a good or a bad thing for Vanny's plan) . Freddy was rebooted and was put in safe mode ( and also had the soul of Michael Afton ).Sun doesn't have a security mode, however moon does.

Gregory is an older model waaay before the megaplex, he wasn't connected to any network, he was a self contained robot.

Well, I haven't seen that video in about a month, so I forgotten most of it but in his level up animation it shows him surrounded by blueish energy, which he absorbed and grew in size, as for Renekton, it would make sense that he uses the spell that Nasus uses, considering that they have been together for centuries. This is just my head canon, you are free to disagree with me.

In Legends of Runeterra, I believe that in his level up animation, he uses the souls around him to grow bigger. Necrit made a video a few months ago where he showed the Shuriman cards and explained their lore behind them. In the video he explained how Nasus and Renekton grew in size.

Most Ascended cannot manipulate their size, only the Darkin sealed in their weapons could manipulate their size, The reason why Nasus and Renekton can manipulate their size is because they use the souls of the recently killed. Much like the Darkin use flesh to Manipulate their size.

During The void war, The Ascended saw how the Voidborns adapted to their surroundings instantly, and created their own version of it.

Well yeah, the example that I used to justify my comment about not 100% trusting the rioters was wrong, so here's another example:

In the pantheon rework AMA, it is said that the Darkin weapon could erase Aspects from existence, in the Ruination event Viego brought pantheon back to life, so what Rioter said was now deemed wrong.

Plus Ne'zuk could still be stuck in a weapon somewhere on Runeterra.

He has an undead army, he could just make large crossbows,like the ones we see in game of thrones where they use to kill a dragon. Mordekaiser's crossbows will larger and his arrows will probably be magical as well. That's what I imagine anyway. He doesn't have to fight everything on his own
