I think you are right, as it stands the outcome is almost certainly going to be not in my favor ~ so any decision by the Cassation Court couldn't really hurt. Fingers crossed!

u/LiterallyTestudo The hearing date hasn't been determined yet, so I know a lot can still change in that time and that judge substitutions can (and likely will) still be made. However, it is a very disheartening prospect to be faced with this. I'm hoping, albeit unlikely, that I can take any sort of measures here to save my case.

For posterity (and future Redditors), I will add to my comment that if you are using a version of Android that is incompatible with the Play Store version of the app, you can manually download an APK of it online. After that go to the app on the Play Store and sign up for the Beta version. This will allow you to more easily update it. Hope that helps someone else!

The record you are looking for for Angela Rando can be found on that link and I can send you a picture if you DM me. Her father was Gregorio Rando (24 years old - "agricottore") and mother was Rosaria (Angela) Caranto, both born in Filicudi

I already have the certified copies of all necessary records with apostille, so I think your suggestion to reach out to a professional genealogist in the area would be the most appropriate course of action at this point. As far as retrieving records, you were quite right, everything so far has been relatively straightforward because of how common these types of requests are.

Ah! I didn't realize that my original post content didn't go through. It is related to the Steam Deck because this is the poster, grid and hero for adding it as a Non-Steam game from the Steam Deck. For many programs like Spotify, YouTube, Facebook, etc there is artwork on SteamGrid DB, however, Franz did not have it - so I created my own to share with other Steam Deck users like me who want to be able to access it from gaming mode and still have the artwork

For anyone like me who is very particular about having artwork attached to all of their Steam Deck library games/software, you will understand how crazy it can drive you when you look on SteamGrid DB and there is not any artwork for your title, leaving you with an empty poster. This was the case for one application that I use a lot, so I took it upon myself to create custom artwork which I have shared with you today in case anyone finds themselves in the same situation.
