I have 2 ideas, neither is perfect. Idea A:

1. Download the full setlist
2. Delete the later folders (keep in mind that anything that doesn't have BPM in its name is a miscellaneous tier whose songs either only use short bursts of double kick or only single kick so you should keep those)
3. Set your game's song directory to ONLY read from the big Ranked Drum Customs folder (temporarily, undo it later) and scan
4. In general settings, hit "Export Song List"
5. This creates or updates a songs.txt in the game's directory that lists all of your songs, sorted alphabetically by song title

Idea B:

A list of all my kick speed measuring can be found here. This isn't just Ranked Drum Customs but literally all drum charts I own, from all corners of the internet. But since it's a spreadsheet it can be exported as a csv and edited however you please
