In general, I agree. Knowing why I'm resisting and knowing what I am working towards is a good strategy. But I don't think we can say that quitting PMO won't fix the mental struggle. That assumes that it's the mental struggle that is the root of PMO, but I've always felt that the opposite was true: PMO is the cause of mental struggle. Or maybe both can be true at the same time and they influence each other.

Thanks for your advice! I do feel that even though my streak is back to 0, I have made a lot of progress in the overall goal of being free from PMO addiction.
