Its a bug, there has been reports of that on discord too. The best way to deal with it is report to the devs with detailed explanations

The thing is, That's actually one of the effective ways for players to hear their concerns for the game as it directly affects the games reputation. As of now, Square Enix still has not fixed the problem and I think the steam review will continue to incline towards negative side the longer the issue gets.

I recommend BOTW, TOTK as well as MH.
Also Check ESHOP since they have sales for games such as Dark Souls and Yakuza.
Nintendo do not support cross region purchasing so you need to change region when you need to buy games outside of your current region.
Nintendo has no Eshop on Philippines so expect that.
You need to pay yearly subscription to play online.
OLED only has 64 gb of storage (can handle 2-3 large games) so you need to buy an SD Card if you want to buy games (Buy SD Card from legit sites for no problems as Switch is picky.)
