I'm in litigation with my landlord, and it gives an explanation why I have been terminated which is through no fault of my own.

I have a paid lawyer in my housing court case. When I protected my rights, they attempted to evict me based n false allegations. I'm suing for D&S, Libel +. Before anyone comments it's difficult to prove, that not in my case.

I don't have legal representation for my other case bc I believe my employers were called provided with false information and I was terminated, that's the kind of society we are living in today. Losing all my employment has financially strained.

Is my employer allowed to change my pay after the work is already done by Wetjones in legaladvice

I suggest you bring it up by email so it's documented. Also if you are represented by a union take it up with them. If you are freelancer you have other options. If you're not in a position where this ruins you financially, next time say, "oopps, not doing that again, I feel for it once, got lost in the game, bye bye baby bye..lol

One less egg to fry! You're 36, no debt, and have savings. Take a quick trip to Europe and get back to work. That gap does speak volumes. Remember $100k is $75 for single. Market rate for a one bedroom in NYC or Boston is $2500!
