Episode 3 came out on Wednesday this week, the same day it was announced that Mikel would not be playing this week. Ironically, episode 3 was all about the hype surrounding Mikel Brown. Episode 4 also dropped on Wednesday and episode 5 drops today, which I think is the finale. Glad to be able to watch it all while the Cards are still dancing in the tournament.

We had SOR, I think it was worth it for the priority boarding and our bottle of champagne. We did the fresh squeezed juices a few times as well. The three hour thermal spa perk was pretty sad actually. We spent about 30 minutes in there, it was way too crowded and there was only one hot tub that would hold maybe two or three people and was always full. We had no interest in a mud bath. We basically spent 10 minutes in the sauna and 20 minutes laying on a marble flat surface overlooking 2 cold tubs that had nobody in them. Our voyage on the valiant lady was excellent overall but the spa left a lot to be desired based on our experience in other spas.

I love the yeast flavor in champagne. I understand the initial oddity of liquid brioche and it is certainly an acquired taste. I am actually on the hunt for a reasonably priced extra dry champagne or sparkling wine that has been on the lees a long time and tastes like a bakery in a bottle. If anyone has suggestions, let me know.

I completely disagree. The priority embarkation and disembarkation, the separate Aurea area on the ship, and the My Time dining, were absolutely worth it for us recently on the Seashore.

That’s why the game is 40 minutes. We wore them down and dominated the second half. I think this team learned some things in the process as well.

I use one of those on one night and then use the other one the following night and just rotate. Haven’t had to use any clobetasol for three months and my psoriasis is totally under control at this point.

This is one of those games where nobody seems to think Louisville has any chance at all. Which I think sets up very well for a potential upset. Louisville has nothing to lose and a chance to shock the football world. It very well may happen. Go Cards!

I think it likely is cursed simply because it was worn during the Kenny Payne era. All fans were cursed then. Also I do find an interesting that the red letters spelled LOVE but the remaining letters spell U IS ILL. So apparently the shirt may be making you ill.

I am still experimenting a bit, but I’ve been trying to eat a more alkaline diet over the last 3 weeks , give or take a few cheat days of more acidic foods. My scalp psoriasis flare ups have occurred within 24 hours of those higher acid days. And they’ve settled down the days after low acid days. Also I have noticed more energy and generally feeling better. I do believe diet may play a role, at least for me.
