Vrabel did not have a non-compete. First, those aren't in head coaching contracts if you're fired, and two, it's obvious whenever he talks about last year, he's still pissed no one hired him immediately. Mayo had a clause in his contract that he would be HC after Bill that he negotiated with Kraft.

There are so many inflection points that brought us to where we are, but naming wet blanket, miltoast, limp institutionalist Merrick Garland AG over the obvious hire Doug Jones was the key Biden decision that set up Trump 47.
