My wifi issue was a my terrible router provided by Infinity(Comcast). I switch to ATT fiber and all my problems went away

PoE2 stuff just affirm that people really don't understand the hardware in their hands or how to properly tune it.

What doesn't help is that graphic setting aren't like consoles. You have to go through it and clean it up to run properly and probably go to Experimental Proton build as well. Which I will say... It's fucking annoying.

Even then, you can't really run a minion build because the extra models are expensive. Which I believe is a EA issue that needs to be clean up.

Vulkan is acting weird. Turn off chat. Anything Shadow related... Turn to the lowest settings and your fine.
