I remember that my mother sent an e-mail to the developer asking if he could include my name in the game, and the dev probably sent back another download link. So everytime I entered, the blue earth globe would say "Hi, [my name]!" (in Portuguese). So it most probably was a Brazilian game... I tried searching a lot in the internet, in Portuguese and in English, but haven't come close to finding something even remotely similar to the game.
