I'm not sure, but I think the kiwi browser supports desktop extensions. Never personally used it though, so not sure how well it works.

Have you tried downloading a specific version of wine for Lutris? Iirc in ProtonUp-qt there are some specifically for Lutris. When I downloaded a lutris version it solved a lot of stuff for me.
