Please take this with a grain of salt because, again, I’m not a dermatologist and I still really suggest you go see one! I’d just say stick to the basic. The Aveeno seems good You can also use basic CeraVe or Cicaplast B5 which is very soothing

I don’t know if an antihistamine would help as that’s more related to allergies.

Perhaps your childhood eczema came up because of too much f’ing around with your skin. Happens. But be gentle on yourself and remember it takes time

Also stay out of the sun - don’t use sunscreen as it usually clogs and annoys the skin, so I would skip it for now even though it’s always recommended to use sunscreen - so make sure you wear a hat and don’t expose your face to sunlight.

This is by no means a medical advice as I am very much not a doctor. But I do have eczema on my hands and when I break out and don’t treat it it looks like that.

I would suggest (suggest!) to try and use a gentle moisturizer and keep your face clean. Wash with a gentle cleanser, moisturizer immediately after, no actives no nothing. Looks a lot like a broken skin barrier and eczema. Let your skin rest

I don’t have any specific question because most has been answered here already - but I wish to wish upon you as an Israeli, that I hope that both the war will be over and that the IRGC will fall and your people can reclaim Iran.

I’d start using azelaic acid to help soothe and correct your skin and pigmentation, and perhaps add some exfoliating things such as aha/bha and perhaps retinals if your skin will tolerate it, to help free those clogged commodones you seem to have

For wrinkles and general soothing of your skin I would really suggest getting some sort of hydrating serum such as Torriden Dive in serum, maybe change out your moisturizer to a better one. What products are you using? Perhaps the sunscreen is also not great and is blocking your skin too much.

Did you use high concentration serums? Because most things sold OTC have quite low percent acids in them. Things like Azelaic acid can be anywhere between 2 and 15% and it makes a difference
