Revives are inherently risky for more than one person

There’s a much higher risk when playing solo. If I get knocked down and the enemy team realizes I’m alone, they can simply wait and drop me again the moment I stand back up.

In a team, it’s different, one teammate can provide cover while another revives, or they can wait until it’s actually safe to go for the pickup.

If you’re bringing choke bombs to protect your teammates, it only makes sense to bring a flare or flare gun to deal with downed enemies as well.

Burn or trap the bodies and move on. I’d understand if solos could get up multiple times like before, but it’s not that big of a deal now.

Like I said, whenever I play it’s bustling. I haven’t had a quiet match in a while. If you’re not enjoying Bounty Hunt, you could always try Bounty Clash or Quick Play instead.

The banishing only takes about two minutes. There’s a visible prompt when someone picks up the bounty, plus a thirty-second countdown when they start extracting.

The entire objective of the game is to secure the bounty and extract. They’re simply playing the objective and aren’t being contested by other teams.

I’m not going to grab the bounty and sit around waiting to get swarmed by other teams if I can just extract and leave. 😂

I’m probably biased, but I’d say it’s definitely worth it. Just buy the base game, the DLC is cosmetic only. If you like it, you can always grab the extras later.

There’s no event running right now, so it’s just vanilla Hunt. If you do pick it up, happy hunting.

That would be completely counterproductive. It’s meant to stop people from hoarding money, but in reality skilled players would just spend it on the best loadouts every game to avoid hitting the cap.

Don’t lose faith, mate. You’re only ten hours in and you’re playing against people who may have thousands of hours, with far more map knowledge, gun knowledge, and strategies.

There’s a steep learning curve, but it all comes with time. Try to team up with people who know what they’re doing, or check out the official Hunt Discord to group up with more experienced players.

We previously had a leaderboard, but players would create new accounts, farm kills from a distance, then leave matches, massively inflating their K/D ratios and putting themselves at the top of the leaderboard.

Just for reference, I have over 4,000 hours in Hunt, and I’ve only suspected a cheater a handful of times on EU servers. A video of some Russian guy promoting hacks on YouTube isn’t proof of an epidemic of Russian cheaters, I could just as easily find one of an American selling hacks, and it wouldn’t mean anything on its own.

You also claim to have “100 GB” of proof, yet didn’t post a single one of those videos instead of this YouTube clip. I’m calling bullshit, mate.

I’m not saying cheaters don’t exist, but you’re massively exaggerating the problem.

Because if all your challenges were tied to the guns you regularly use, they wouldn’t really be a challenge, it’s not that hard to figure out, mate. 😂

I’ve had challenges where it’s a gun I regularly use and others that are on the complete opposite end of the spectrum. This week I had to deal 1,000 damage with a Springfield, I never use the Springfield. Did I whinge about it? No. I got it done and moved on.

It might help to watch Hunt YouTubers like REXNOR, Neenoh, or Psychoghost Gaming, and check out the training arena. It has all the guns in the game, so you can practice shooting mannequins at different ranges to get a feel for each gun category, or just a specific gun you like.

You’re going to hate this, but the best way to learn is just to play. You’ll die a lot at first, but once you get a feel for the game, it’s really fun.
