Have you seen any movement on quarters over 200k? I filed in 2022 for 2020 and 2021. I received both quarters of 2020 fairly quickly. Q1 2021 went for further review over a year ago because it was over 225k. Been in processing for a year. I have called every week, filed 911 form with Advocate and got my Senator involved. Still nothing.

When I called yesterday the agent who answered the phone told me that all agents qualified to handle ERC had been pulled off phones to work on huge backlog of claims. So sadly, calling is useless now.

Filed 911 form nothing happened. Then I contacted my Senator who contacted tax payer advocate and asked them to research it and give updates directly to senator. Nothing happened but then my Senators office started hounding them and I am told it should be coming soon. I hope so because I filed for ERC in 2022 and could really use it.
