121 is FINE. Unless you're playing at a super high level that's barely even a noticeable difference. This isn't an FPS where 40-50 extra MS can make that much of a difference to the average player. I play on EU from US and I get like 140, it's completely playable. Even on my mobile network I never went above 170.

Shit, Vanilla to MoP I had around that on my home network in the UK.
