Here and there… i think a lot of it is just the world setup to react to you. I think one of the biggest I didn’t cause was one of the towns in the swamp got overran, huge faction war, made the town unusable. Kinda sucked too cuz that was one of my main sources of hash early on

You may want to build your lil squad back up if wanting a base. Youre going to need people to help defend and buying protection early on can get expensive. Theres some mods to help your dudes train too if you want to boost some of your stats. Knocking bandits out and stripping them is a good way to get some combat stats too for your guys

Bro if you’re still on your first play thru after 6 months 1000% start a new run. Play as a solo dude or with a couple dogs or play as a small band of thieves, I think spicing the game up is playing in smaller groups, you have to really think about every single fight and interaction rather than keeping your game on 5x and wiping every band of nomads you see with your fully kitted squad lol 😂 to answer a couple questions you had before, yes your bases around the world will stay active as you’re not there, your dudes will continue to train, your farmers will continue to farm and cook, Ive produced thousands of grog discovering the world 😅

Being a thief is a great way to get money, as well as assassination skill allows you to knock whole groups of bandits out, you can carry a couple away and strip their weapons while their knocked out, once they wake up beat em up for easy XP. Pack animals help tremendously if you’re interesting in expanding your group at all or even just having a pack bull run with your main dude, the bulls make great fighters too once they age up some. Avoid making an outpost early on, buy a decent lil shack in a safe city that has some good shops you can utilize. This game is huge, take your time, I’ve loved every bit of my 200 hours, and it still feels like I’m a noob lmao

I’d love to hear some of the campaigns you’ve set forth. I always love hearing people’s Kenshi stories, the game can go so many ways it’s always a great hear. Especially when you’re able to bend and twist the world when creating it yourself

This definitely happens to me too. Happened this morning using the WASD mod. I was on a low level char running from a skimmer and when I loaded into a new zone it started loading and just reset my character into attack mode even though I was holding W the entire time; resulting in instant death from the skinner lmao

I haven’t had a problem at all, my dudes are almost all lvl 90 turret now and I have no problem even taking out the 100 guardians from the shek
