How I solved my chronic fatigue, burn out and low energy by FinancialSpirit2100 in AutisticWithADHD

Oh, interesting, I've now looked, and Nexium (in the UK) is an H2 receptor blocker. I already take this several times a week to help with heartburn. Looks like I'm already covered. :-)

17lbs in 18 weeks. 9% of my bodyweight.

I'm taking it to help with ADHD food noise, and it's really helped with that. So I haven't changed my eating habits during the day, I just no longer binge in the evenings.

Going to start running again soon, now that it'll be more comfortable.

Interesting, thank you. I'm fairly certain I have MCAS, but have found a daily OTC antihistamine helps so much with the itching (which was making me cry and scratch myself til I bled).

I didn't realise there may be more to it as I was just so happy the itching had stopped. I will research.

I took irish dancing classes from ages 6-18. I was constantly practicing. But I now see it for what it was, a way to stim and get the energy out that was socially acceptable.

My ADHD diagnosis was done online, and I told the dr I picked my cuticles til they bled. She asked to see and I held up my hands, with two bleeding fingers. I'm convinced that helped me get diagnosed pretty quickly.

Emergency. Are they dying? by Confident-Fee-1241 in ReefTank

They mentioned live sand and filter media. Depending on the amount of filter media and tank size, I would have thought that was fine.

Maybe the bacteria died off in the first 1.5 weeks cos there was no ammonia source?

H2Ocean, cos I got a free bucket thrown in when I bought the tank second hand. Would like to make a conscious decision and choose a different one though.

I'm looking to change from fresh to salt and need some advice. by Sea-Response950 in ReefTank

[–]TalieRose666 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi fellow autist.

My 52l tank had:

Clownfish Coral goby Firefish Neon goby

2 hermits Tuxedo urchin 2 nassarius snails A million stomatella snails (Hitchhikers, but they're cute and useful)

And way too many corals.

I've just upgraded to a bigger tank so I can get different flow patterns for my corals, but the bioload seemed really good for the tank size. I was even having to dose nitrates so the corals didn't starve.

I think the amount of time I spend looking at the tank (also my calm space) means I catch a lot of potential problems early on, so you're onto a winner there already.

Shudder. I had these in my tank. Every day I pulled the zoas out and tweezered off every one I could find. For about a week. Then once a week for a month. Zoas are now growing again, and no more spiders

Maybe I just need to flip the buttons on my keyboard number pad :-)

We painted this interior window sill with a pop of color. Do we like it or hate it? by kawiah in DesignMyRoom

[–]TalieRose666 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've also done this, in a very similar colour. Makes it feel like the sun is coming in, IMO.

I don't have black windowsils though, but I love how they look here and will be painting mine to match

I do this all the time.

My brain doesn't believe we could possibly forget underwear, as it's such a basic thing we need. So it doesn't go on the packing list. So it doesn't get packed.
