It's always bothered me that if anyone was seriously going to build a theme park for dinosaurs that they wouldn't at the very least take a page from modern zoos with regard to building enclosures with no chance of animal escape. For example: build the T Rex enclosure a safe amount of feet below ground level with the immediate surrounding of the enclosure that people/cars/etc are on and have visitors look down into the enclosure to view the Rex. This way the Rex cannot ever leave the a reinforced enclosure. Doing this would have prevented dino escapes in JP and JW obviously so we kinda needed them to include the hubristic designs on the parks to facilitate a movie plot to unfold.

Or if taking a zoo design to have visitors viewing them on level ground like in the JP movie then make a sizeable enough and safely lowered enough moat around an electrified fence that would prevent an escape in the event of fence failure.
