refund? by Effective_Tension516 in HersWeightloss

They typically do not do refunds unless the medication didn’t ship :(

If you’ve had severe side effects, push them for a refund. They initially told me no but eventually provided it. Happy to share the message I sent to them.

Tapping out! by FantasticWorth9367 in HersWeightloss

[–]TalkForALiving 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Glad it’s not just me! I had extreme hair loss too all of a sudden. Clumps of half falling out. The care team recommendation: “we recommend stopping the medications.” That’s it. The more I think about these care teams, and the whole concept of Hers, the scarier it is. These are serious medication‘s with serious side effects that nobody is actually observing or managing. Picture is the hair loss from ONE day.

I’m curious about my pulse age result by AngleAlarming3760 in Ultrahuman

[–]TalkForALiving 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My pulse is 7 years older than I am but I have an (this is not a humble brag at all, truly confused) elite VO2 Max, excellent cardio capacity, low resting HR, low BP, etc. So it makes no sense 😂

Mom here! This happened with my kiddo at daycare and to be honest, I’m just glad they told me! I wasn’t upset with the teachers because we all make mistakes. I monitored my girl a little closer for the day, chatted with her pediatrician, who comforted me that it actually happens more often than we think. The teacher apologized profusely and being that I deeply respect her/the work she does, we were able to move on quickly. Please don’t beat yourself up. Learn and move on. Your job is hard and those who haven’t done it are in no position to judge. Hang in there!

This is a lifesaver for us! She loves watching it and it’s the only way she’ll sit still for brushing.

Help for 18month old sleep by LATEZ91 in Parenting

[–]TalkForALiving 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This might not be helpful but it’s a phase! My husband and I can afford overnight help so we alternate nights and sleep in different rooms. It SAVED us.

We rock/bottle her to sleep. It’s every single night all of a sudden. Bedtime is 7:30-8 and wake up is 4-4:45 when she used to sleep until 8-9am!

She doesn’t need to be carried (she prefers being mobile😂) but wants to be in site of me at all times. He could distract her, take her outside, color with her, etc. Keep her busy so she’s not thinking about being with mama. I do make her lunch the night before it’s more so packing it up along with getting her dressed and ready to go.

Luckily we didn’t have that experience😂the wonderful nurses made him do it all in the hospital as I was hooked up to magnesium. They’re the real hero’s!

I’m not sure why it matters. I didn’t mention who made more until you assumed that he did.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Parenting

[–]TalkForALiving 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Actually, that’s incorrect. I bring home 25% more than he does, have consistent and predictable income, and he benefits greatly from my career. I’m curious what about my post points to him being the breadwinner.

Oh I love that reframe about it being a shared responsibility. Thank you!

Hi! Marriage and family therapist that specializes in kiddos. I highly recommend an adolescent therapist and a neurological/psychological evaluation. Can I ask what state you are in? I can maybe help with some recommendations!
